Casey Vandeputte

Casey J. Vandeputte

Casey Vandeputte is the successor to a law practice that was established in 1944 in Dundas, Ontario. His practice focuses on Corporate Law, Real Estate, Wills & Estates and Estate Litigation. The Corporate Law practice focuses on buying and selling businesses, succession planning for the family business, and real estate investments.

Casey has a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo. Prior to practicing law, he worked for Research In Motion/BlackBerry in Product Development, where he brought new products to wireless carrier partners throughout Latin America and the United States. While attending law school at Western University, he continued to work at RIM in their patents group, helping to build an industry leading patent portfolio. After being called to the Bar, he provided consulting services to high-tech organizations in winning patenting strategies.

Casey is an amateur bridge player, and enjoys cooking and fishing.

Stefanie Mandl

Stefanie Mandl is an associate lawyer with Vandeputte Law, practicing in the area of Family Law. Stefanie completed a Double Major Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sustainability and Marine Biology at Dalhousie University in Halifax. During her science degree she had the opportunity to complete research internships focused on marine conservation and the chance to scuba dive in remote areas of the world. She then completed her law degree at the University of Sussex in England. While completing the required National Committee on Accreditation exams, in order to practice law in Canada, she worked full time as a law clerk. She then articled at a firm in the Durham Region and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020.

Following her call to the Bar, Stefanie practised at a firm in St. Catharines, focusing on family law. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, participating in indoor cycling classes and working on her golf game.
